Retention: ledger entries and the audit log for 7 years (IRS retention); books version history for a rolling 30 days; identifying information purged within 30 days of closing your account. You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time — requests are answered within 30 days.
Your books stay yours. Bank access, where connected, is read-only: Felix can see transactions and can never move money.
